Starting in my early 60s I began researching and posting about senior fitness here on my blog under the rubric of “Aging Gracefully.” 😊
Now, less than a year and a half to 70, checking my Garmin fitness tracker my kids gave me for Christmas, I was reminded this morning on a walk back home how just stepping steady and consistently brought me well in range of intensity levels recommended for my age to strengthen my heart.
