The grass thatched ‘hut’ like structure has wooden blocked pews which are few in number and I ask if the congregation would fit in. Am told they weren’t many as Muslims outnumbered Christians- just sixty of them were housed here.

A wooden cross, rosary, pictures of Jesus, small Bible and a used candle occupy the altar. Almond trees beautify the manicured paths where graves fill in the compound.
