Fish Weighted Tablecloth Clips

If you remember, last week I showed you my idea for tablecloth clips. Well, that got me to thinking. So I thought of making pretty ones. If you know me, you know I love the ocean. These are so wonderful, especially with summer here. All those outings, picnics, parties, and home entertaining. This tablecloth inspired me. I am making the fish, sea turtle, sea horse, and octopus as a set!

I had this outdoor fabric I was saving for a project for the 4th of July. You only needed a little piece of fabric. I drew the fish on a piece of paper. Then I pinned it to a piece of fabric that has been doubled over so you make 2 pieces. After the fish was cut out it looked like this:

I went to my sewing machine, and sewed all around the fish leaving a opening at the top…
