I promise myself
To know there’s always a chance
For the sun to shine
This keeps me going through storms
Provides hope for each new day

Men In Black: International
Directed By: F. Gary Gray
So I was sitting watching Men in Black International the other day thinking to myself… Why isn’t this working?
Two talented likable leads.
Aliens.
It should be good right?

Did you hear something
When you were not listening
Were doors opening
Innocent conversations
Leading to light bulb moments

“Please
Don’t leave
Me standing.
Without you my
World would crumble.
It’s you makes me whole
Giving me life and soul.
If you leave me I will fall.
Together we are strong, united.
If you leave me I will be nought at all.”
So spoke the flowers to the old brick wall.
Who smiled and replied “without you I
Am nothing,without you I’d fall.
We need eachother to thrive”
So the fragile flowers
Through mutual care
Lived happily
With the old
Tired
Wall.

Kate Nash (Image courtesy Wikipedia)
Kate Nash is an English singer-songwriter and actress, activist and supporter of LGBT rights.
And since the month of June was chosen for LGBT Pride Month to commemorate the riots held by members of the LGBT community against a police raid that took place at the Stonewall Inn in New York City on June 28, 1969, I thought it only appropriate to chose one of her songs to draw attention to it.
I dare predict that you won’t be able to stop yourself from nodding your head off whilst listening to the following song. 😉
