Why is sex in romance books, at least between our star-crossed lovers, always so damned perfect?

Okay maybe that’s not the right word nor can you say that about all books- I certainly haven’t read them all but just once I want to read one where the main couple finally get together have sex and then think hm, we’ll that just wasn’t good at all.

I suppose that would be anti-climatic.
