Field Day

Having an awareness of the emotional and energetic field around us can really help us to make better informed decisions and to lead from a more wholistic place. During our third inner leadership retreat we explored this theme in depth and became more attuned by the day to what energy and input was needed beyond the rational particles.

Three-Sixty

When we’re receptive to the field

We sense what is required

So much a knowing silence wields

By spaces we’re inspired

The pauses speak and what we seek

Flys forth in intuition

We do not always have to speak

Wise birds flock to their mission

Awareness of beyond the I

Soft focus and attention

So hard we do not have to try

Breathe in, release that tension

For what we need shall be revealed

Our tricks now old and tired

When we’re receptive to the field

Our urges are inspired
