Six Word Saturday

If you haven’t yet carved out some pumpkins…here are some of mine and others…so go grab some of those dollar store pumpkins and start decorating!!!

This is a fun and easy way to dress up your pumpkins…cut a large hole in the bottom of the pumpkins, big enough to fit your hand in to adjust and place the lights.Drill holes into the pumpkins and put a Christmas light in each, or just some of the holes. I usually post a review on Thursday, but since it’s Halloween I thought I would take the day off, give myself a break, and enjoy some trick-or-treating. I hope your day is full of cheer and spookiness.

 What’s this? Am I abusing my new Friday Favourites system to shamelessly plug my Instagram account? Yes, it might seem like that. Because it’s what’s happening. However, I was really happy with my Halloween themed photos. Last year I had a lot of fun with my Halloween photos and this year I wanted to carry on the tradition. And this year I discovered the joy of spray blood. It was a bloody revelation. So, I got a bit carried away but I like the results. And you know the Instagram algorithm. Nobody saw them. I’m probably a bit biased because I know what these looked like before. All of the blood was sprayed onto separate pieces of paper and then I had to edit the paper out. It was fiddly and time-consuming but I think the results are quite effective.

Well, it’s been a little while since I posted, huh? Yes, I was that idiot who thought, ‘Gosh, I’ll have so much time for blogging when I’m on my maternity leave!’ forgetting about the whole looking after a tiny new human thing…. It’s not been very easy to get time to write content in the short moments of respite Bailey gives me, on top of all the normal life admin like eating and housework! But I’m happy to report that 10 weeks in he has started to fall into a bit of a routine with daytime napping, so fingers crossed I’ll be able to get back on the proverbial horse! And I thought I’d treat you today with a bit of a break from the baby stuff, ’cause I’m nice like that!

I think when you start to insults someones looks or “intelligence”. That is the line, if the best you’ve got are not facts, but to insult someone, then what have you got? *cough trump supporters and Trump*

• Would you prefer to live in a world where alcohol was free or where politicians were honest?

I would much prefer that politicians be honest. I don’t NEED alcohol to be free, but we NEED politicians to start being more honest! Especially lately!

• What’s one habit you have that your family or friends think is rather childish?

I have no idea to be honest, I think I’m more childlike, than like a child,lol.
